IT Trouble Ticketing System

An internal tool and solution designed to enhance efficiency and communication within Medical Solution's IT support framework. This intuitive platform empowers employees to effortlessly report and track issues with their computer. The objective was to update and align with the new branding while addressing any functional issues.

Embracing a new trouble ticketing experience with upgraded and thoughtful enhancements!

UX Design Opportunities and Enhancements:

  • Communicating changes in states, no matter how small

  • Providing expected response time and priority to the ticket

  • Status of activities like “Contacting specialists”, “Escalating Ticket ”, “Allocating support partner”, etc


Integrating UX heuristics, I focused on creating a consistent and clear layout, validating optimal user experience through well-organized accessible information.
