
B2B SaaS Medical Recruiting Portals
Designing three different portals dedicated to Hospitals and Medical facilities, enabling them to seamlessly post and oversee open positions, evaluate candidates, and efficiently hire for vacant roles. I engaged in research, strategy, interviews, and prototyping to successfully launch the MVP providing clients and affiliates with streamlined access to manage Human Resources functions throughout the hiring process.

Research
I engaged in insightful interviews with internal account managers. These sessions were instrumental in extracting valuable feedback, pinpointing specific pain points, and identifying essential requirements. By delving into the experiences and insights of account managers, we gained a nuanced understanding of the challenges and needs within the medical recruitment landscape, paving the way for a more targeted and user-focused software development process.
By examining trends, challenges, and potential opportunities, I gained insights to inform strategic decisions. This process helped identify effective solutions for addressing the complex landscape of patient care, evolving technologies, and regulatory demands.
B2B Client Portal
I spearheaded the design and implementation of a clinic medical portal, employing a Rapid prototype approach to swiftly bring the MVP to fruition. Focused on efficiency and user-centric functionality, the portal aims to streamline clinic operations seamlessly.
Before the implementation of this system, users and affiliates had to rely on email communication for submitting and tracking job postings. The introduction of this system not only saved internal time but also provided our external partners with an effective tool for success.
